A Strategy to Digitally Transform an Industry Council

COOi conducted a thorough business analysis, utilizing interactive design thinking workshops, to establish the council's current operational status and baseline infrastructure. COOi then developed an ICT strategy, including technology and enterprise architecture, reengineered the council's business processes, and established a future business operating model. COOi was also tasked with providing project management services for the administration of the contract, stakeholder engagement, and regular reporting over the project's five-month duration.  COOi’s deliverables were a business case for the suggested solutions, complete with a cost-benefit analysis and incidental considerations. By implementing COOi's comprehensive and incremental ICT strategy, the council was enabled to move from strategy to digital implementation.
