Elevating Education with Innovative Strategies
An Education Services and public sector aimed to establish the Post School Education and Training Collaboration and Learning Opportunities and Utilisation of Data (CLOUD) initiative. The objective was to create a platform that would facilitate collaboration, learning opportunities and data utilisation in the post-school education sector. However, the partners needed a business case, implementation plan, funding model and service delivery model to enable the initiative.
COOi Studios provided its Strategy and Innovation advisory services to JET Education Services and merSETA to develop a comprehensive business case, implementation plan, funding model and service delivery model. COOi Studios completed a feasibility assessment report, conducted a design thinking workshop, developed a prototype, and created a business strategy, funding model and implementation plan.
